NO VOICE TO SENIOR COLLEGE TEACHERS STRIKE (काम बंद आंदोलन)IN MEDIA.

Senior college teacher's strike (काम बंद आंदोलन) is going on for more than a month . Many rounds of talks between government and leaders of MFUCTO ( state level teacher's organisation ) took place without any way out. Now from governments side there are paid advertisements in different news papers justifying governments side and urging teacher community to take back their andolan. But ,what is teachers response and their say ? Yes, they have their say but no news paper want to give space (sacrifice) for it.The overall situation has been studied and the fact findings are as above..... It is learned that leaders of teacher's organisations held media conferences and intercepted false claims ,allegations and statements from governments side & justified their demands . Many reporters have attended these conferences but no coverage given to these news. So the question came why news papers are reluctant to voice teachers side? The answer is the proposed assembly elections in Maharashtra . Before the code of conduct is being applicable the state government ( ministers) takes an advantage of publishing their achievements (actually a personnel election propaganda with money from govt.treasury i.e. tax payers money) in news papers in the form of huge advertisements. It is really a high time (harvesting) for news papers to earn corers of money from these advertisements . No body (any news paper) wants tosacrifice this money. So they will not spell any word about government which will make it nervous. But, after this chance is being taken the media will come back to their ethics and will give full coverage to teachers side. Poor teachers will have to wait until then .The media can not be blamed for this as the saying goes in Marathi..आधी पोटोबा मग विठोबा.
